Terms and Conditions 1. This offer entitles the recipient to Round Trip passage from Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) to Freeport, Grand Bahama, for two adults age twenty one (21) or older and three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the Island Palm Resort. To validate this offer the recipient must remit full payment of balance due of $198.00 at the time a vacation date is requested for reservations, processing and port charges. Payment will be applied to your reservation within seventy two (72) hours of confirmation of your travel date. There will be a $29.00 service charge for any returned checks. You may add a third or fourth person to your party (max occupancy four people); the rate for a third or fourth person will vary by age. 2. The resort sponsoring this trip, The Island Seas Resort, requires that while you are in the Bahamas, you attend a fun and informative preview of their property. There is absolutely no obligation on your part to purchase anything at the preview. You will have the choice of either a morning preview which includes breakfast, or a mid-day preview that includes lunch. 3. Transportation to Florida, meals, gaming excursions, hotel taxes, gratuities and transfers are the responsibility of the user. Hotel/Resort taxes average $15.00 per person per night [subject to change]. Your Bahamian hotel will collect hotel taxes at check-in. You may pay by cash; travelers check or major credit card. Bahamas Departure Taxes are not included and currently average $29.00 per person and must be paid prior to departure. All taxes are subject to change without notice. 4. If you wish to extend your vacation beyond the days specified, you may do so by notifying ASI Travel Direct. Accommodations will be provided at discounted rates subject to availability. 5. Do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation of your reservation. 6. This offer is not valid for residents of states where prohibited by law and is for promotional purposes only. 7. This voucher is not valid for conventions, groups, meetings, gatherings or full-time students. Sorry, no pets. 8. Accommodations providers will require a valid major credit card or cash deposit to cover incidentals. 9. ASI Travel Direct assumes no responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience nor for loss, injury or damage to any person or property at any Hotel or in transit to and from Hotels, and is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, equipment failures or acts of God. 10. Documentation requirements for entry into the Bahamas and re-entry into the United States are the responsibility of the traveler. Passengers denied boarding due to insufficient identification will not be refunded. 11. Travel must be completed before the expiration date. 12. All reservations are subject to space available. Requests will be filled on a first come basis. All cruise transportation will be provided by approved carriers and is subject to substitution. ASI Travel Direct also reserves the right to offer substitute standard accommodations of equal value. 13. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumers’ right to cancel under section 559.927, Florida statutes. A.S.I.
